Erin Odenweller is a Technical Program Manager at Facebook, where she is responsible for a wide range of efforts that support FB's employees. Previously, she was a Senior Consultant for PGExperts, largely as an engineering lead. Throughout her career, Erin has held a number of leadership roles, culminating in her current position. She believes life is for learning, the only constant is change, and continuous improvement is one of the keys to success.
